Traceability
Every component is traceable from raw material batch through to finished part. Material certificates, process records and inspection data are retained and available on request.
Documentation
We provide the documentation our customers require — from simple certificates of conformity to full first article inspection reports, PPAP packages and aerospace-standard documentation.
Inspection
In-process and final inspection against customer specifications. Dimensional measurement, visual inspection and material testing capability in-house.
Consistency
Controlled processes, documented procedures and trained personnel ensure that the thousandth part is manufactured to the same standard as the first.
Continuous Improvement
We actively review our processes, monitor performance and implement improvements. Quality is not static — it requires constant attention.
